The Non-chinese Speaking (NCS) Student Support Group organised a Inclusion and Health Funfair on 29th March, bringing together students, parents, and the community to celebrate diversity and promote well-being.
At the start, Principal Wong welcomed and emphasised that every student, regardless of their background, deserves equal opportunities to thrive and succeed. He encouraged families to engage actively in the school community and assured them that the school is dedicated to supporting NCS students through various initiatives.
After that Mr. Ivan Chan highlighted various measures implemented to support NCS students. He also emphasised the importance of language and cultural inclusion in education, detailing specific initiatives aimed at enhancing the learning experiences of NCS students.
In addition to Mr. Chan's presentation, a parent seminar was hosted by the IDEA Centre. This seminar provided valuable resources and guidance for families navigating the school system, focusing on how to effectively support their children’s education and well-being.
Throughout the day, attendees participated in a range of cultural inclusion activities designed to celebrate the richness of diversity.
