Drama is a fun and engaging outlet for students to bring out their creative self, an art form where the students can work together to show their confidence and talents. So this year, Form 2 came together to give out an amazing performance that showed they have come out of their cocoons. With their dedication shown throughout their practices, one could easily see that they really want to put out the best performance. They practiced their pronunciation, actions, positions, intonations, emotions, projections, but what’s more incredible is how they helped each other. They came together as a team, guided each other when reciting lines and finding their positons, this really made their bond stronger.

As their creativity was being nurtured, they were also able to improve their English. The main objective was making students more comfortable with the English Language through a different medium. They spoke in front of the audience with confidence and great fluency by some, which clearly shows that this drama was able to deliver on that objective. Students need to be able to use English outside the classroom, so this opportunity really let them broaden their horizon.
